Responsibilities
- Responsible for the process of registering and paying non-motorized insurance claims submitted by customers so that Lippo Insurance’s customer service needs are well met.
- Preparing claim data, both for internal and external claims purposes
- Make and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, and others)
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Detailed and thorough; have good critical thinking and logic skills
- Have a knowledge about the concept/work pattern of General Insurance
Responsibilities
- Responsble for handling customer claims in health insurance area

Responsibilities
- Responsible for making design, content, and picture for company website (external and internal) and company event.
- Supervise all company’s designs and contents on social media.
- Actively give creative ideas for company’s event.
- Support marketing and communication team.
Requirements
- Excellent graphic design and layout skills; have strong graphic design portfolio.
- Able to communicate design concepts.
- Able to prioritize, schedule and ensure completion and accuracy of tasks.
- Able to use Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; plus point if you are able to do motion graphics/photography/video production.

- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the entire management spectrum to identify business issues and areas for improvement

- At least 5 years experience in Strategic Planning/Corporate Planning/Management Planning area; preferably have experience in consulting industry
- Proven structured problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
Finance & Admin Area
Responsibilities
- Create program code, debugging programs, and ensuring that the website runs according to the designed specifications.
- Coordinating with business analyst to define requirements before creating the website.
Requirements
- Have experience (projects/internship/full-time) as a Laravel Web Developer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration into web applications.
