  • Have good communication skills, both in bahasa Indonesia and English

Commercial Area

Responsibilities

  • Seek new business opportunities for health/general insurance products
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote insurance products
  • Provide feedbacks to superiors and Team regarding market situations
  • Provide and maintain service quality to customers/clients

Requirements

  • Passionate in marketing area; familiar with marketing techniques and customer needs analysis
  • Good communication skill in English. Plus point if able to communicate in Korean language
  • Tech savvy, able to learn new software and programs quickly

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
  • Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements

  • At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
  • Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
  • Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
  • Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
  • Persuasive and able to do public speaking
  • Critical with analysing client’s need

Strategy Area

Responsibilities:

  • Specify and define functional requirements
  • Create and maintain user storyboard and wireframe
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog
  • Engage with UI/UX specialist to prepare UI readiness
  • Monitor product performance on a daily basis
  • Evaluate market and conduct competitive analysis
  • Learn and champion agile methodologies and practices, and participate in effective sprint planning, review, and retrospectives

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a product owner, product manager or similar role in a technology-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies; familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum is a plus
  • Familiarity with Figma, Confluence, Jira, etc. 
  • Has experience working with agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Initiate a collaboration/partnership with any digital market players 
  • Initiate action and develop strategies which increase revenue, create new income streams and profits through digital insurance partnership
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and initiate business extensification with current partners
  • Analyse sales result to determine and identify strategic opportunities for digital insurance partnership

Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in general insurance industry. Plus point if having insurance expert certification (AAAIK or AAIK)
  • Proven to have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong written and spoken in English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point (intermediate to advance level)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product owner for retail health insurance products; initiate action, develop strategies, and do a continuous business improvement
  • Do regular portfolio analysis in order to maintain profitable growth for retail health insurance business
  • Responsible for performing account management and programs in order to ensure the Client’s retention 
  • Collaborate with Team to support sales promotion programs to increase sales volume and exceed sales targets in existing accounts, and to coordinate the distribution and return of client satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major (having technical major is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in retail health insurance business/healthcare/insurance/third party administrators insurance industries
  • Proven to have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
  • Strong written and spoken skill in English
  • Plus point if have insurance expert certification (AAAIK or AAIK)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide guidance and direction on campaign planning, execution and optimization to drive results
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and ROI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and technologies; Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong proficiency in English

Finance & Admin Area

Responsibilities:

  • Melakukan administrasi terkait pembukaan dan penutupan rekening giro Perusahaan
  • Melakukan administrasi terkait penempatan investasi dan pencairan investasi
  • Melakukan pembukuan di sistem atas penempatan investasi, pelepasan investasi, hasil investasi dan perubahan market value/ interest/ suku bunga atas investasi yang dimiliki Perusahaan
  • Melakukan pengecekan dan proses pembayaran klaim, serta pembayaran dana yang diajukan cabang 
  • Menarik bukti transfer dan melakukan filling dokumen terkait pembayaran

 

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan S1 Ekonomi/ Accounting/ Manajemen
  • Lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar; nilai plus apabila memiliki pengalaman di Finance bagian pembayaran atau investasi
  • Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik dalama bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
  • Teliti dan cekatan

  • Have experience (projects/internship/full-time) as a Laravel Web Developer.

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.

  • Coordinate with business analyst and developer in application testing
  • Prepare application testing from creating scenarios and conduct test in accordance with application’s workflow.

  • Understand software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Handle complaints and issues related to the applications and assist in resolving the issues
  • Regularly do maintenance and checks on check the company’s external and internal systems or applications
  • Documenting all user requests related to the new application development or application issues
