Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; at least 2 years of experience as a Claim Analyst or Adjuster.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of General Insurance concepts and workflows.
- Good communication skills in English.

Commercial Area
Responsibilities:
- Gathering background information on potential customers and analyze all relevant data to determine if the level of risk is acceptable
- Conduct risk identification and risk selection, including provide underwriting decisions
- Preparing the terms and conditions of insurance policies
- Liaising with reinsurance if needed
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience as General Insurance Underwriter or similar position
- Plus point if having Insurance Certification (AAAIK/AAIK)
- Excellent mathematical skills (analytical & statistical)
- Good communication and negotiation skill
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
- Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
- Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

- Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year

Strategy Area
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Design data warehouse requirements based on business metrics with a proper naming convention prior to development.
- Design end-to-end ETL processes based on use cases and business requirements.
- Implement complex automated workflows and routines using workflow scheduling tools.
- Drive collaborative reviews of designs, code, and dataset implementations performed by other data engineers in support of maintaining data engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
- Explore and learn new best practices/technologies that can improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications in Informatics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with at least 1 year of experience in the related field.
- Experience using Python for data processing.
- Demonstrated understanding of SQL, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc).
- Hands-on experience implementing ETL (or ELT) and data pipeline tools
- Experience in data processing frameworks/schedulers like Airflow
