Operation Area

Responsibilities:

  • Receive claim reports and forward the reports to Quality Assurance.
  • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on each handled claim.
  • Analyze and evaluate claim decision submissions.
  • Conduct surveys and request complete documentation from the insured.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; at least 2 years of experience as a Claim Analyst or Adjuster.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge of General Insurance concepts and workflows.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling insurance services via telephone and email regarding customer and non-customer requests

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in all majors
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
  • Service Oriented personality
  • Good communication skill and Problem solving skill
  • Able to work shifting
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct premium pricing calculations and provide business acceptance recommendations to the marketing team 
  • Configure benefits, premiums, and other related health insurance provisions in the system

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Internship or work experience in a similar field (minimum 1 year) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of mathematical analysis techniques and concepts; sharp and critical analytical thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English

Commercial Area

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering background information on potential customers and analyze all relevant data to determine if the level of risk is acceptable
  • Conduct risk identification and risk selection, including provide underwriting decisions
  • Preparing the terms and conditions of insurance policies
  • Liaising with reinsurance if needed

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as General Insurance Underwriter or similar position
  • Plus point if having Insurance Certification (AAAIK/AAIK)
  • Excellent mathematical skills (analytical & statistical)
  • Good communication and negotiation skill

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
  • Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements

  • At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
  • Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
  • Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
  • Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
  • Persuasive and able to do public speaking
  • Critical with analysing client’s need

Strategy Area

Responsibilities:

  • Create program code, debug programs, and ensure application programs run according to the plan that has been made
  • Coordinate with business analysts to define requirements before creating applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Proficiency in mobile development: 
    Android : Kotlin/Java, Android Studio, MVVM/MVC architecture
    iOS: Swift, Xcode, iOS SDK, MVVM/MVC architecture (SwiftUI is a plus)
  • Good to have experience with popular libraries for networking, async, image loading etc
  • Have knowledge/experience using Git and RESTful API

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate a collaboration/partnership with any digital market players
  • Initiate action and develop strategies which increase revenue, create new income streams and profits through digital insurance partnership
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and initiate business extensification with current partners
  • Analyse sales result to determine and identify strategic opportunities for digital insurance partnership
  • Do a regular portfolio analysis in order to maintain profitable growth
  • Manage digital insurance partnership business including technology integration, administration, and business analytics

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in general insurance industry. Plus point if having insurance expert certification (AAAIK or AAIK)
  • Proven to have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong written and spoken in English
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point (intermediate to advance level)
  • Result-driven strives to make a difference; enjoys challenges in achieving target
  • Strong proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product owner for retail health insurance products; initiate action, develop strategies, and do a continuous business improvement
  • Do regular portfolio analysis in order to maintain profitable growth for retail health insurance business
  • Responsible for performing account management and programs in order to ensure the Client’s retention 
  • Collaborate with Team to support sales promotion programs to increase sales volume and exceed sales targets in existing accounts, and to coordinate the distribution and return of client satisfaction surveys

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major (having technical major is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in retail health insurance business/healthcare/insurance/third party administrators insurance industries
  • Proven to have exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
  • Strong written and spoken skill in English
  • Plus point if have insurance expert certification (AAAIK or AAIK)

Compliance Area

Responsibilities:

  • Create and revise internal regulations such as SOPs, Guidelines, Circulars and others
  • Create and revise all ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification requirement documents
  • Conduct monitoring of internal regulations circulating in the Company
  • Conduct risk identification in every work process in the Department
  • Conduct risk assessments on all identified risks to be mapped with the Corporate Level Risk Matrix

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any major. Welcome to fresh graduates who are familiar with risk management and ISO
  • Experience in creating and revising internal regulations
  • Hands-on involvement in the ISO certification process (Plus points if familiar with ISO 9001 & 27001)
  • Exposure to corporate risk management identification processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong formal writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English

Responsibilities:

  • Handling all types of agreements, documents, and other legal-related conditions
  • Be a legal consultant/company lawyer

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Corporate Law, preferably have experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Experienced in handling agreements and litigation.
  • Proficient in English
