Operation Area

Responsibilities:

  • Receive claim reports and forward the reports to Quality Assurance.
  • Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on each handled claim.
  • Analyze and evaluate claim decision submissions.
  • Conduct surveys and request complete documentation from the insured.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; at least 2 years of experience as a Claim Analyst or Adjuster.
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
  • Knowledge of General Insurance concepts and workflows.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling insurance services via telephone and email regarding customer and non-customer requests

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in all majors
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customer at all times
  • Service Oriented personality
  • Good communication skill and Problem solving skill
  • Able to work shifting
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken

Commercial Area

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering background information on potential customers and analyze all relevant data to determine if the level of risk is acceptable
  • Conduct risk identification and risk selection, including provide underwriting decisions
  • Preparing the terms and conditions of insurance policies
  • Liaising with reinsurance if needed

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as General Insurance Underwriter or similar position
  • Plus point if having Insurance Certification (AAAIK/AAIK)
  • Excellent mathematical skills (analytical & statistical)
  • Good communication and negotiation skill

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
  • Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
  • Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)

Requirements

  • At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
  • Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
  • Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
  • Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
  • Persuasive and able to do public speaking
  • Critical with analysing client’s need

Strategy Area

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal or external teams to identify analytical needs and translate them into clear data requirements with measurable metrics and definitions
  • Analyze company data with statistical, machine learning, and programming methods to deliver accurate models that meet user requirements
  • Design, build, and deploy machine learning, optimization, or predictive models into production environments
  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve existing models
  • Work alongside developers and business owners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of data-driven solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • 1- 3 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or AI Engineer
  • Demonstrated experience developing and deploying machine learning models for real projects or products
  • Hands-on experience with model development : NLP, OCR, LLM, or other ML/AI model
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, operations research, and statistical modeling
  • Solid problem-solving skills and a growth mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in initiating actions for the development and improvement of retail health insurance products
  • Conduct regular portfolio analysis and marketing strategy in the retail health insurance business
  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement sales promotion programs
  • Assist in the acceptance process of retail health products
  • Prepare product submissions to OJK
  • Prepare for product implementations, both internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, or related fields
  • Experience in the insurance industry (especially health insurance) of at least 2 years
  • Familiar with health insurance products and marketing techniques or concepts
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
