Operation Area
Responsibilities:
- Receive claim reports and forward the reports to Quality Assurance.
- Review, analyze, and provide recommendations on each handled claim.
- Analyze and evaluate claim decision submissions.
- Conduct surveys and request complete documentation from the insured.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; at least 2 years of experience as a Claim Analyst or Adjuster.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and logical reasoning skills.
- Knowledge of General Insurance concepts and workflows.
- Good communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling insurance services via telephone and email regarding customer and non-customer requests

Commercial Area
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing branch team to achieve company target by building new business relation or maintaining business renewal.
- Execute the marketing strategy with marketing branch team by considering the market situation in branch area.
- Provide and maintain the quality of services to customers or business partners; act as client consultant regarding the insurance needs (before and after sales service)
Requirements
- At least a diploma graduate (D3), any major
- Experienced in General Insurance, at least for 1 year
- Target and Service oriented; able to build wide network with clients
- Familiar with marketing technic or concept (negotiation, closing, sales cycle process)
- Persuasive and able to do public speaking
- Critical with analysing client’s need
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with corporate customers
- Conduct online or offline visits to corporate customers, provide services for corporate customers related to health insurance matters, do insurance benefits socialization, preparing and negotiating policy extensions, and act as advisors
- Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support client relationship strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major, preferably from Communication major
- 3–5 years of experience in Health Insurance, with solid exposure to Corporate Relations, Employee Benefits, or B2B Marketing, and demonstrated ability to handle key accounts and develop business opportunities
- Good communication and presentation skill; are persuasive
- Service and problem solving oriented
- Good command in English
Finance & Administration
Responsibilities:
- Manage asset records, fiscal asset reporting, and maintain Finance & Accounting documentation
- Prepare and post accounting journals (amortization, investments, provisions, inventory, profit sharing) and support monthly closing
- Prepare financial and management reports (production, underwriting results, branch P&L, Opex, solvency, and regulatory reports to OJK, BI, and related parties)
- Handle tax compliance, including tax recap, billing, payments, and monthly/annual tax returns
- Perform bank reconciliations, review general ledger accounts, and follow up on discrepancies
- Support branch financial reporting, premium breakdowns, exchange rate input, and data reconciliation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Open to fresh graduates; 1 year of relevant experience is a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Familiar with accounting workflows in the financial industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in English
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or in a team
